Beautiful place. Back yard and fire pit were great. We appreciated the tower fans in the bedrooms, the Kuerig coffee system in the kitchen, the well-stocked kitchen. Owner responded quickly through Ring doorbell with questions about door entry. Some beds need updating. Poor air circulation in downstairs areas. Using the door entry keypad was tricky the first time.

I like the area very close to the beach and other attractions. Gated community, nice people great area. I didn't like that we didn't know about the parking cost and there was construction work going at the front of the entrance it's just made it hard to go to the beach during our stay.
