We were visiting due to a wedding at the lake. This home was spacious enough that we all had peace and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and spotless. We enjoyed the hot tub. Chris was very friendly and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This home made the vacation great. Steep curves up the mountain but the home is well worth it. Surrounded by beautiful amenities and lakes. Lots of touristy things to do. Not too far from other cities and towns. Overall home was perfect no complaints. Great host always able to respond fast to questions

This was the best place to just lounge and relax which is exactly what we all needed. The kitchen was exemplary for all of your needs. The rooms were very comfortable and master suite was amazing. We all felt safe and were glad to have the non slip staircases. The sound of the creek was charming along with all the landscaping. If you’re looking for an exceptional place to stay this is your spot. The Phillips’ family. South Carolina and Louisiana families!

If you want peace and quiet with a great view this is the place for you! Modern and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of games and things for the kids to do inside the cabin.

We had such a great stay. The house was super cute and the kitchen was stocked. We loved the location. Very private, but also within easy driving distance to great restaurants and loads to do. If you want a quiet space or a place near activities this is an excellent place to stay. And while all that is amazing, the real star was the host, Chris. He went way above and beyond to make our stay great. Whether it was late or early he was quick to respond. We can’t wait to book again.

Beautiful place in a secluded location. It has everything you need to cook and hangout at the house, and is close to many outdoor activities. Stunning views. We really enjoyed our time.

We loved this little getaway! We had two couples with 5 kids and it was perfect! Sleeping arrangements: master upstairs, one bedroom on the main, and two bedrooms (one with bunk beds) in the basement! Baldhead lake was really peaceful! The resort had a lot of little things to do with the kids. Lake lure is full again! And looking beautiful as ever. Short drive down to chimney rock where we hiked and grabbed meal. You can walk right from the cabin! It’s at the end of the road so really no to very little traffic and there’s a trail head a half mile down the hill. We walked/hiked it all! Peaceful time hanging out on the porch and in the hot tub. Would definitely bring food/drinks in. There are a couple small restaurants close (10m). There aren’t any major convenience stores close, but could get the essentials within 10-15m drive. We planned for this and wasn’t an issue!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable it truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This was a sister's trip, and my sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was spotless, absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun! Enjoyed the hot tub! Very peaceful! The restaurants were amazing! We will be back again!
