Lured Me In Lodge is a secluded cabin in the Rumbling Bald community at Lake Lure. This quiet cabin is tucked away in the woods, while being just a 4 minute drive to the community center and Legends on the Lake restaurant. You'll love the rustic cabin feel mixed with everything you need to feel like you're at home. BBQ some steaks on the grill, hit the greens for a round of golf, sample wines from local vineyards, follow one of the many hiking paths for an adventurous trek through the mountains, or relax in the hot tub for a nice steam. Whatever you're looking to do on your vacation, Lured Me In Lodge is the place for you. Guests will have access to all of the amenities Rumbling Bald has to offer including the member's only beach, two outdoor pools, indoor pool, lazy river, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center/gym, and spa. Guests can also rent tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pontoon boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards, and play the 18-hole mini golf course at Rumbling Bald (check their website for details). There are two golf courses nearby as well: Apple Valley and Bald Mountain golf courses. This spacious cabin has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 11 comfortably with 7 beds. There's 1 king bed in the primary bedroom upstairs. Two additional rooms are on the main floor with queen beds in each. The basement has a queen pull out sleep sofa and a twin daybed. There are two additional love seats that turn into twin pull out beds, one on the main floor, and the second is in the loft area upstairs. There are two desks if you need to slip away for a little remote work session. The home has smart TVs in each bedroom as well as in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make delicious meals during your stay. Play ping pong or watch a movie while curling up in front of the fire. Wake up early, make memories, unwind, and reconnect! There is truly something for everyone! PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY We have partnered with Truvi to protect our properties. You will be required to go through a verification process after confirming your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($50) through Truvi. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

No pets allowed. Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Violators will be fined. No parties allowed. Violators will be immediately ejected from the property and $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged to violators.

Guest making reservation must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the length of the reservation. No parties, strictly enforced. No pets allowed. A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged to violators. Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Violators will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed on the decks outside but guests must clean up after themselves. If our cleaner finds cigarette butts, then an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. This was such a peaceful get away. Chris communicated very well and of a timely manner. I would recommend some battery operated lanterns just in case there is an outage. But other than that it was amazing.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Our large family was very comfortable. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The resort was so much fun. We played golf at Rumbling Bald Mountain Resort and enjoyed the amenities with the family. The beds were very comfortable specially the master which was a number bed that reclined. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and made great memories making s’mores. We grilled using both grills and enjoyed a massive bbq feast! We visited Chimney Rock State Park which was only 20 minutes away. We visited Hendersonville which was 40 minutes away and did some antique shopping. Chris was incredibly helpful, the outdoor gas fireplace in the porch was not working and he sent a handyman that same day to fix it so we could enjoy it in the evening. He shared some great restaurant recommendations. We give this property a 6.0! You will enjoy it greatly. We can’t wait to come back with more family!

We had a fantastic time! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Chris was incredibly responsive and accommodating. There was a snow storm during our stay - Chris was sympathetic and accommodating when we were concerned about road conditions and when we needed a delayed check out. As someone who appreciates cleanliness, everything was clean and tidy. There were extra towels, blankets, dishes, etc. I highly recommend staying in this cabin or any property by Chris!

Find us

A car is a must in Lake Lure but there is plenty to do close by. Chimney Rock offers the best view of the lake and is only 25 minutes away. Asheville is less than an hour drive. There you can explore tons of restaurants and breweries as well as visit the famous Biltmore Estates. The Asheville Regional Airport is a one hour drive and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport is just over an hour drive.
