It’s a quick walk to the outdoor pools, including one heated swimming pool. There’s also a miniature golf course (putters and balls provided), a basketball court (basketball not provided), and tennis courts (rackets and tennis balls not provided) at your disposal so you can enjoy full days outside. This beautiful condo is ideally located near many attractions and great restaurants so you can make the most out of your stay in Panama City Beach. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY Parking passes are required for all cars and are $25/car, but we will reimburse you for the first parking pass. Details will be included in the check-in instructions. Guests are required to register their vehicles at the community office. All guests are required to purchase visitor wristbands from the community office at $20/guest. These allow you access to all amenities and beach access throughout your stay and must be collected from the community offices located on Horizon Drive near the pools and tennis courts. We have partnered with Truvi to protect our properties. You will be required to go through a verification process after confirming your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($50) through Truvi. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
