Guest making reservation must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the length of the reservation. No parties, strictly enforced. No pets allowed. A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged to violators. Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Violators will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed on the decks outside but guests must clean up after themselves. If our cleaner finds cigarette butts, then an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. We absolutely love the place! Everything was neatly arranged and cleaned! Very cozy! A beautiful place where our kiddos enjoyed the private creek and enjoyed their s’mores at the fire-pit! Definitely worth the stay and will stay soon again! Chris was the best at anything we needed! Communication was prefect!

We loved our stay here! It was a team retreat with 6 girls and it was the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying Fall in the mountains. Beautiful scenery and the house had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This house was fantastic! So beautiful, peaceful and remote. There were 3 couples and we had lots of room. We brought simple groceries with us, cooked a few times, sat out by the fire pit when the weather permitted, and drove into town a few times as well. We had a great dinner at Grey Hawk in Lake Lure, spent a day at Sky Top orchard (approx 1 hour drive), lunch at Blue Ruby, spent a day in very walkable Hendersonville with a fabulous meal at Arabella's on Main St. We only had to reach out to Chris once for clarification on check out instructions, he responded within 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back next spring.

The house was beautiful. Well kept. Beautiful views along Cedar Creek. Quiet. Enjoyed walking up to the top of the hills in the neighborhood. Chris is wonderful. Very attentive to any of our needs. Communicated well. Highly recommend to stay here.
