The cabin was Beautiful as well as the surrounding areas. The folks in town are very friendly. If you are visiting Lake Lure and looking for a great place to eat, please try Victory Kitchen. The food is very good and the staff and owners are very friendly. Chris was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely make a return trip.

Chris was a great host and we had a great time in Lake Lure. Great for families with little kids. The condo had games and great outdoor seating. The pool was great and the walking paths were wonderful. Great views all over. Kitchen had all we needed but also great local eateries within 20 min.

Beautiful condo with lots of privacy! The community was very welcoming and there was a lot to do! The host was very kind, attentive, and communicative! Close to the beach and popular restaurants and stores. We loved our stay and will be recommending to others! 10000/10

The townhouse was in a great location within Rumbling Bald. The lake was beautiful! My husband enjoyed fishing off the private community dock. The kids loved the pool and lazy river. It was too hot to do putt putt or any of the other amenities but they are great to have nearby! The house itself is older but nice and looks like the pictures. The beds were very comfy. Chris was great to work with and super quick to respond. The power went out briefly one night after a storm and he kept us updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

Chris did an excellent job with providing accommodations for us and making our stay worth the visit. He communicated as well as anyone possibly could and was an excellent host. Only bad thing of the trip was seeing the devastation of the flooding at Chimney Rock village. Chris, you were awesome and the cabin is beautiful... Thanks again!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We packed so many activities into our stay that unfortunately we didn’t get to try out the amenities that the resort offered, such as the pool and golf. But they seemed very nice.

Chris was great and responsive when we had an issue. Very friendly! The place was nice and close to the beach. We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed the area! Super close to everything including Pier Park!

Chris’ condo was perfect for our vacation with our kids and grandkids. Large kitchen and living room, bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Plenty of parking too. Just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return! The only suggestion I have is for Horizon South, not Chris’ condo. There was a lot of road and sidewalk construction going on during our stay, with different parts of the roadway closed on different days. It would be very helpful if the management office would put signage directing newcomers to detours or alternate entrances. The construction is out of their control, but signs moving around with the road closures would definitely be helpful. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Chris was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. We expressed interest in grilling and he even ordered us new grilling utensils to use on his private back deck. The home was as expected, and the communication was great throughout our entire stay. Will definitely come back.
