Unforgettable Family Vacays

I like the area very close to the beach and other attractions. Gated community, nice people great area. I didn't like that we didn't know about the parking cost and there was construction work going at the front of the entrance it's just made it hard to go to the beach during our stay.

This home was exactly as advertised upon arrival. With almost a full second floor, there was plenty of space for our family of four children and two adults. Nice upper deck, beautiful firepit area, hot tub and amazing mountain views on our walks. We used the resort pool and played mini golf there as well. All amenities were as expected from the website. Grocery store and Dollar General runs are a relatively quick and serene drive away. Chris was a fantastic host as well. He made sure we knew everything about the property prior to arrival, upon arrival and upon departure. He was very responsive to all questions we had. We absolutely recommend booking this property for a quiet getaway and any property Chris is hosting as you will surely be in good hands.

Absolutely amazing loved this home. If your in the area you need to try the Highland Reserve Restaurant it was fabulous! the pool is a very short drive and was a great way to spend sometime.

we loved the house and the area! area was hit hard by hurricane Helene, but still a beautiful and fun area. the pool and activities area is only minutes away and the kids loved it. the house is very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Chris was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for us and no steep driveway (which I loved)😊. The house is beautiful; the creek is so peaceful; the host was wonderful. Restaurants we ate at were outstanding. We met very nice friendly people everywhere we went. We felt very safe and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week. We did have a power outage during our stay, but Chris gave us updates on an eta for the power to be restored. This home is definitely high up the mountain, but it was a quick trip down the mountain to use the resort amenities. We have stayed at Rumbling Bald before and this home has been our favorite. We will definitely be back!

The place is lovely. The cabin was super clean, and very well equipped. Super easy to check in, very spacious. Located by a creek sorrounded by nature. Very beautiful and peaceful. My girls absolutly adored being out by the creek. Would definitly recommmend and book again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and cozy living area. We especially loved the fireplace, which added a lovely ambiance during our evenings together. Surrounded by beautiful nature, we enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the breathtaking views. The location was perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we left with wonderful memories. If you're looking for a cozy getaway with friends or family, this cabin is the perfect choice!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great place to spend the week to decompress and have family time. The amenities were wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool.

We all felt at home in Chris's spacious 3-level well-furnished cabin with natural wood throughout the interior. The property is gated and the grounds include nicely maintained lawns, a fire pit, and a generous amount of stone work. We especially enjoyed walking along the running creek. Chris was promptly responsive to our questions, and as courteous as can be.
